Ulkuthu's Story will Focus on the Life of Fishermen

Director Caarthik Raju, who impressed with his film Thirudan Police which had Attakathi Dinesh playing a police constable, is back in the news. This time, the director will be making a film on the fishermen community and it has been titled Ulkuthu.

Interestingly, this film too will feature Attakathi Dinesh in the lead. Nandita plays the heroine.

Sources close to the unit say that work on the film, which is being produced by by Kenanya films, is going on in Nagercoil. 

“The place that the team is shooting has the Arabian Sea on one side and the Western Ghats on the other. Therefore, audiences can expect some breathtaking shots in this film,” says a source close to the unit.

The film has a huge star cast including Bala Saravanan, Sharat, John Vijay, Chaya Singh, Dilip Subbarayan, Chef Damodharan and Sriman.
