Recently, AR Rahman recorded a melody number with Shreya Ghoshal and Kailash Kher for the Vijay-starrer Mersal. Posting this picture on Instagram, Kailash wrote, “Always delightful to see you, Shreya Ghoshal. Recorded a beautiful track for our very own AR Rahman for a Tamil movie.”
We hear that Mersal’s audio will be launched on August 20. Lyricist Vivek has written all five songs in this film.
Directed by Atlee, Mersal will have Vijay playing a triple role for the first time. The latest is that one of the roles he plays is of an ardent fan of MGR.
