Aishwarya Rajesh, who’s busy with Dhruva Natchathiram and Vada Chennai among other projects, will now act in a web series titled G-Spot. We hear the actress has already started filming for the series, directed by Vijay and bankrolled by SS Music. According to a source, she plays a social activist in the web series.

“She has shot for two days and will continue shooting again after the promotions of her Hindi film, Daddy,” the source says.

The series also has Priyamani and Aari in important roles.

Aari says,

“It’s an investigative thriller along the lines of Sherlock Holmes.

I feel that instead of making short films, we should pitch material for web series to better cater to the online audience. The concept of web series is catching on, and it could be the alternative platform that we’ve been searching for for a long time. I’m looking to do more of them, so that other actors will also step forward while simultaneously working on their mainstream projects.”
