Aditi Rao Hydari of Kaatru Veliyidai fame has been approached for the lead role in Santhanam’s film which is to be directed by Rajesh.
A reliable source says, “We’re quite keen on roping in Aditi, but she’s yet to sign on the dotted line.” The source adds, “We’ll start shooting for the film next month, once Santhanam is done with the promotions for Sakka Podu Podu Raja.
The first schedule doesn’t require the heroine, so we can go ahead even if the actor is not yet finalised.”
This untitled project, bankrolled by Sri Thenandal Studios, is set in Chennai, but it has been reported that the team may head to Puducherry for a road sequence.
