The Rajiv Menon-directorial Sarvam Thaala Mayam, starring GV Prakash, went on the floors on Wednesday in Chennai. The latest update is that Malayalam actor Aparna Balamurali, who made her Tamil debut in 8 Thottakkal, has been roped in as the film's heroine.
Talking about the film, the young actor says, "Rajiv sir had watched one of my Malayalam ilms, Maheshinte Prathikaaram, and called me for auditions, following which he offered me the role. The film, as the title reveals, is based on music and will be about a musical instrument."
The film has a strong cast which includes Nedumudi Venu, Kumaravel of Kurangu Bommai fame and Athira. Ravi Yadav is handling the cinematography, while Antony is the editor.AR Rahman is composing the music for this film and GV Prakash is collaborating with his uncle for the first time as an actor.
