The makers of Manam are preparing for a mega red carpet premiere for the film on May 22. The producers of the film succumbed to huge demand from the fans of legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao and what began as a single screen premiere had turned into a five multiplex screen red carpet show.
The event is being touted as the most unusual premier in the history of Telugu cinema. Akkineni Nagarjuna is expected to play host to scores of celebrity invitees on the big day.
The movie in which Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR), his son Nagarjuna, and his grandson Naga Chaitanya are coming together for the first time has created a buzz not only among his fans but also his admirers in the industry.
Directed by Vikram Kumar, Manam releases worldwide on May 23.
