Delhi zoo shuts down after bird deaths

Eight aquatic birds found dead in National Zoological Park in the national capitrtal after avian flu detected

National Zoological Park in New Delhi was indefinitely shut down as a 'precautionary measure' after officials confirmed death of at least eight birds due to avian flu. (Shekhar Yadav | EPS) 

The death of a few ducks was noticed about 'four to five days' ago and a few pelicans were also found dead later, the sources added. (Shekhar Yadav | EPS)
