Rahul Gandhi: Congress president Rahul Gandhi was issued a notice by the poll panel for putting up a poster of his pet scheme ‘NYAY’ in his home turf of Amethi. Azam Khan: A case was registered against Samajwadi Party heavyweight Azam Khan for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct at a rally in Rampur's Shahabad. So far, he has been mentioned in 12 cases of alleged violations in Uttar Pradesh. Khan kicked up a storm by making sexist comments against BJP candidate Jaya Prada.
