India's best left-arm pacer, Zaheer Khan, took 311 wickets in 92 Test matches and 282 wickets in 200 ODIs.

During India's tour of England in 2007, Zak came to the fore during the Nottingham Test. He picked 4/59 in the first innings to bowl out the hosts for 198 runs.
