Nakuul Mehta, who makes an impressive and handsome business tycoon in the serial Ishqbaaz, shares his fitness fundas. 

Fitness for me is: Lifestyle. Initially it started with wanting to be fit for the profession I am in but soon it became a way of life.

My fitness regimen: I try to hit the gym four times a week and run once a week.

My supplements include: Multivitamins and weigh protein when I'm training hard.

The body part I love training: Shoulders.

The body part I hate training: Triceps.

My best body feature: I don't put on weight easily.

I started working out at the age of: 18.

My first workout was and the first gym I went to: My first work out was dancing with Shiamak and the first gym I went to was Talwalkars.

I was inspired to workout looking at:  Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Currently the gym I go to: Anytime Fitness, Link Road, Mumbai.

The best gym I have been to: All Stars in New York.

My personal trainer: Praveen Tokas.

I like to work out with: My trainer – Tokas.

The Bollywood actor and actress with the fittest body: Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone.

The days I don't work out I feel: Lethargic.

My opinion on the use of steroids: Never resort to steroids. 

My daily diet: I have  breakfast of four omelettes, egg whites only, and  fresh orange juice. I have a 
vegetarian lunch  of vegetables and dal. My dinner comprises  salad, soup or Quinoa with veggies.

Tip for fitness freaks: Everything in moderation.
