“Thoda bhalle bhalle or thoda butterrrr chicken ho jaayeee..”and you know he/ she is a Punjabi. Their friendliness and food can never go wrong. While they fill our gastronomical cravings with lassi and sarsoon ka saag, we reciprocate by giving the love they deserve. One such gesture of love is by Siesta Hi-tech, Kondapur which is hosting a Punjabi food festival till February 26.

As soon as you enter the food festival, the beats of dhol and the staff in traditional Punjabi kurtas will transport you to Punjab. The touch of Lassi on the tongue and the smell of Aloo de parathey will make you grab your friend’s plate to steal his food too. From salads to desserts, the menu looks like PC. Wondering what is PC? Punjabi cuisine, which looks like Priyanka Chopra (pun intended). The meat treats include the famous Rarah gosht, Macchi Amritsari and of course the signature Butter Chicken. Punjab jaao aur muh meeta na karo? Desserts like Ganne Ke Ras Ka Kheer made us lick the glass unapologetically.
Menu changes on a daily basis and is priced at Rs 699.
