HYDERABAD:The Chief Electrical Inspector (CEIG) for Hyderabad Metro Rail, DVS Raju conducted the statutory inspection of Yousufguda 132 kV /33 kV /25 kv Metro Receiving Sub Station (RSS) and accorded sanction for energisation. The Yousufguda 132 kV /33 kV /25 kV Metro RSS is the fourth and the last RSS that is being energised. This RSS will feed power supply mainly to Corridor III of Hyderabad Metro Rail Project. The other three Metro Receiving Sub Stations are located at Uppal, Miyapur and MGBS, which are already in service.

“This is an important milestone in Power supply arrangement for Metro Rail Systems. We are thankful to DVS Raju for inspecting and approving for energisation of Yousufguda Receiving Substation’’, L&T Metra Rail (Hyderabad) Limited Managing Director, KVB Reddy said.

This will help us to commission Auxiliary Substations at Metro Stations, Signalling and Telecommunication System, Automatic Fare Collection System in Ameerpet-Hitech city stretch as per schedule, he added.
