NEW DELHI: The leaders of five major emerging economies - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa - began the fourth BRICS Summit here Thursday.
The leaders assembled at the Taj Palace hotel to hold restricted discussions. The theme of the summit is "BRICS Partnership for Global Stability, Security and Prosperity".
