In his first visit after beingelevated as Congress vice-president, Rahul Gandhi would tourhis constituency of Amethi for two days during which he wouldalso interact with party cadres.
District Magistrate Vidya Bhushan today confirmed the twoday visit of the local MP and said he would arrive here onFebruary 5.
Rahul, who will be here within a fortnight after beingappointed the Congress vice-president, would use the visit tointeract with party cadres and galvanise them before thegeneral election scheduled for next year, party leaders said.
He will also meet leaders of frontal organisations likethe Youth Congress and interact with people, they said.
