DARBHANGA: Unidentified miscreants blackened the statue of first President of India Dr Rajendra Prasad in Lalbagh locality here today.
Sources said, some anti socials blackened the statue of Dr Rajendra Prasad as the statue installed before Nagar Bhawan in Lalbagh locality was left unattended for a long time.
Sources said, the municipal employees cleaned the statue following the receipt of information.
The municipal authorities registered an FIR at Town police station in this connection.
