BSF Personnel to Get Yoga Lessons From Ramdev

JODHPUR: BSF personnel of Rajasthan Frontier headquarter, posted here and at Jaisalmer, will get lessons from yoga guru Ramdev to keep themselves mentally and physically fit while working in stressful and inhospitable work condition.        

Ramdev would arrive here tomorrow and conduct sessions of yoga here from September 11 to 13, and in Jaisalmer from September 14 to 16, a BSF official said.         

He said the development was the outcome of the endeavours of BSF IG B R Meghwal who as a part of on-going Golden Jubilee celebrations of the force decided to invite Ramdev for the benefit of BSF guards.          

"The move basically aims at addressing the stressful and inhospitable work conditions, under which the BSF guards work, It is very important  to keep them mentally and physically fit," said the official.          

The yog guru will share the benefits of the 'asanas' and methods of busting the stress and lead a healthy and composed life in difficult situation or condition.

The official informed that the sessions would be open for the common people of the two cities along with the BSF personnel.
