BHOPAL: In a shocking incident, two unidentified men stuffed a liquor bottle into the private parts of a visually challenged man in Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh.
Though the chilling episode happened on October 8, the victim moved around with the bottle inside his rectum for three days out of sheer embarrassment. But unable to bear the acute pain, he narrated the incident to a kin on Wednesday, who then rushed the man to the district hospital.
An X-ray taken at the hospital revealed a seven-inch bottle stuck inside the man’s rectum. Soon an emergency surgery was performed under the supervision of orthopaedic surgeon Dr Bharat Arya, as no other specialist surgeon was on duty at the government hospital at that time.
“He is still in the hospital, but his condition is improving after the surgery. Before surgery, the victim was in acute pain and was unable to breathe properly or excrete,” said Dr Arya.
The incident is under investigation, Sehore sub-inspector V Viswakarma said.
