From our online archive

The Global Passport Index ranked the Indian passport in the 65th position in it's latest ranking.
The ranking which is based on the passports' visa-free score, improved nine-notches since 2017.

The Passport Index is the world’s most popular online interactive tool, which collects, displays and ranks the passports of the world. The website www.passportindex.org allows users to search, look and compare passports of all the countries. Among a total of 199 countries, Singapore has acquired the first position along with Germany with a visa-free score of 165, making Singapore the country with the 'most powerful passport'.

The data is calculated on proprietary research from publicly available sources and on official information provided by government agencies.
The results are a part of citizenship planning from Henely and Partner's annual passport index which basically ranks passports based on the number of countries a person can travel without a visa or the number of countries one can obtain a visa, visitor's permit or electronic travel authority.
The UAE passport jumped three spots and is now the fourth most powerful passport in the world.
The list ends with Afghanistan at 91 and Pakistan and Iraq at 90.
