KORAPUT:Vigilance sleuths of Jeypore division conducted searches on the residences of Narayanpatna Tehsildar, Chitaranjan Balguda, including his ancestral house, residence of his father-in-law at Bhala village in Nuapada and at his quarters here, on Friday.
During the raids, the sleuths have seized assets and cash worth `90 lakh from the three places, including `10 lakh from his bank account, policy documents of LIC schemes worth ` 3 lakh, `30,000 cash and two motorcycles, sources said.While Vigilance DSP Satyaban Mahananda led a team of officials at Nuapada, another team was headed by DSP Henery Kulu at Narayanpatna, sources added.
