Bengaluru, Nov 2 (PTI) Epicor Software Corporation todayannounced the appointment of Redington India as country-widedistributor to accelerate business growth and meet demand forEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions across India.

The partnership will see Redington India, one of thecountry's largest technology distributors, selecting andtraining specialist resellers from its network of over 20,000business partners to grow the Epicor customer base, thecompany said.

Meneny Madhusudan Rao, GM Software Business at Redingtonsaid, "Epicor ERP is a great fit for mid market manufacturingcompanies in India looking to grow." "Adding Epicor ERP to our portfolio will enable us tocapitalise on the currently untapped market potential." Sabby Gill, executive vice president, international atEpicor Software,said while India is one of the fastest growingeconomies in the world,it is also a digitally advanced market.

"As one of the largest technology distributors in India,Redington has an experienced and dedicated team on the groundthat can enable local manufacturers to digitally transformtheir companies and grow their businesses," he said.

As a distributor Redington will identify, appoint, trainand equip resellers,taking full responsibility for effectively managing the delivery and deployment of Epicor ERP solutionsin India, a company statement said.

In return, the statement said, Epicor would provideRedington with the necessary support to deliver its solutionsto the market, including marketing, professional services,training and access to Epicor University with certificationfor partners. PTI RA APRAPR.
