Hyderabad, Nov 15 (PTI) Four boys, including twobrothers, drowned in a water body on the outskirts of theWarangal city this evening, police said.
The boys, along with their parents, had gone for anevent at Kothapet. Two of them first entered the water bodyfor a bath and drowned. The other two also met the same fatewhen they entered the water body, they said.
"Rainwater had accumulated in the area and the boysentered into it for a bath, unaware of its depth, anddrowned," Warangal Commissioner of Police G Sudheer Babu said.
"A police team reached the spot and with the help ofswimmers retrieved the four bodies," he told PTI.
The deceased were in the age group of 13 to 16 years,police added. PTI VVKRSY.
