Dhoni’s Test Career: 2005-2014

CHENNAI: Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who hinted Test retirement in 2012 suddendly announced not playing in the whites anymore, following a draw against Australia in the ongoing Boder-Gavaskar Trophy Down Under.

Dhoni, who appeared in 90 Tests for India, capatined in 60 and won 27, with win percentage of 55—making him the most succesful Indian Test captain. The capatin, who brought Indian team at the top of Test rankings in 2009, lost 18 Tests— 14 in a row overseas . He finished his Test career with 4876 runs, with a highest score of 224.
