Indian pistol shooters Rahi, Annu Raj out of 25m

India's pistol shooters Rahi Sarnobat and Annu Raj Singh were knocked out of the women's 25 metre event of the shooting competition at the London Olympics here Wednesday.

Rahi was 19th while Annu Raj was 30th at the Royal Artillery Barracks. Rahi shot 291 in precision and 288 in rapid. Annu Raj had 286 in precision and 289 in rapid.

The gold went to South Korea's Kim Jangmi, China's Ying Chem got the silver and the bronze went to Ukranian Olena Kostevcyh.

The 19-year-old Kim won the gold with a score of 793.4. Kim shot 298 (precision) and 293 (rapid) in the qualifying and 201.4 in the final round.

Ying, 34, shot a total score of 791.4. She had 288 and 297 in precision and rapid in the qualifying round and managed 791.4 in the final.

Olena, 27, got the bronze with a score of 788.5. She shot 293 and 292 in the precision and rapid in the qualifying and 203.6 in the final.
