RAJAHMUNDRY: Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) leader and former MP Girajala Venkata Swamy Naidu has quit the party and joined the Congress here today in the presence of Excise Minister Jakkampudi Rammohan Rao, Housing Minister Botsa Satyanarayana, DCC president CSVG Krishna and MLC Gidugu Rudra Raju.

Venkata Swamy Naidu quit the BJP and joined the PRP recently. He unsuccessfully tried for the PRP ticket from the Rajahmundry Rural segment.
