RAJAHMUNDRY: Chief Minister K Rosaiah assured necessary assistance from the State Government to Anusha and her sisters, who lost their parents in an attack by a stalker recently.
When MP Undavalli Arun Kumar called on Anusha at the Government General Hospital here this morning, Chief Minister enquired Arun Kumar about the health of Anusha over phone.
When the MP told the Chief Minister about her condition and the treatment being given to her, the Chief Minister spoke to her on phone and said that the loss to the family was irreparable and that the Government would extend all help to the family.
When Anusha expressed fear of another attack by the culprit, the Chief Minister assured protection to her and her sisters. He told her that efforts are on to amend the CrPC Sections on attacks on women as non-bailable.
He also enquired about her health and the treatment being given to her in the hospital. Arun Kumar said the family would be given a house immediately and education of her sisters would be taken care of by the Government.
MLA Routhu Surya Prakasa Rao and MLC Kandula Durgesh also visited Anusha.
