The AP High Court on Tuesday issued notices to former DGP K Aravinda Rao, former city police commissioner AK Khan and three other police officers in a contempt case.
T Sriranga Rao and three other advocates of the city filed a contempt case against the police officers stating that they have failed to follow the Supreme Court guidelines granted in DK Basu case while arresting the persons.
