Telangana Jagruthi president K Kavitha on Friday announced that the organisation would publish Telangana Jagruthi, a monthly magazine.
Kavitha, who took part in a meeting convened by Telangana Jagruthi district president T Tirupathi Rao here on Friday, said the works of prominent writers and poets from Telangana will find place in the magazine, adding that a statue of writer Sheshappa will be installed in Dharmapuri mandal headquarters. Saying that Telengana Jagruthi is committed to revival of the glory of Telangana, Kavitha said that a special committee would be formerd to study the historic site of Kotilingala in Velgatoor mandal where the Satavahanas had set up their first capital.
