VIZIANAGARAM:A workshop on “Employability Skills and Technology Expectations” was held at MVGR College of Engineering, Vizianagaram Friday. MSR Murthy, delivery head, Tata Consultancy Services, Hyderabad addressed the final year B.Tech students. The workshop was an interactive session with the students and also mock interviews were held. The workshop emphasised the behavioural ability, analytical and technical skills which interviewers would test during campus placements. Special mention was made on how major IT companies are venturing into technologies like Cloud computing, Big Data Analytics, Mobility and Social Media. Dr K.V.L Raju, prinicipal, Dr M.Sunil Prakash, dean, Training and Placements, vice- principals, deans, assistant principals,  Praveen Kalla, Training and Placement officer, HoDs of various departments and  placement committee members were present at the workshop.
