AIS Officers' Division Ends

HYDERABAD: The Central government on Sunday issued gazette notification completing the process of bifurcation of All India services (AIS) officers between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

As per the final allotment, Telangana state  got a total of 133 IAS officers, 95 IPS  and 58 officers of the Indian Forest Service (IFS). At the same time, AP government got 161 IAS officers, 116 IPS officers and 69 IFS officers.
