80 PG Medical Seats Filled

VIJAYAWADA: On the second day of the ongoing counselling for admissions for various PG Medical Colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states being held at NTR UHS, here on Thursday, a total number of 536 seats were filled including sliding seats by 5:30 p.m.

On the first day of counselling the seats filled were 456 and on the second day seats filled were 80. The total number of available seats are 1,165. Counselling for the ranks between 3001 to 4500 will be held on Friday.

Out of the total 536 candidates who got admitted into different colleges in the first two days of counselling, 357 had opted for clinical degree courses, while 56 chose non-clinical degrees.
