 VIJAYAWADA: Andhra Pradesh has bagged the ‘State of the Year’ award  announced by CNBC TV 18 under the ‘business leader’ category.

A jury, comprising eminent persons from the fields of banking and industry, has selected Andhra Pradesh unanimously for the prestigious award and invited Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to participate in a programme to be organised on March 23 to receive the award.


HDFC CMD Aditya Puri, State Bank of India CMD Arundhati Bhattacharya, KKR CEO Sanjay Nayar, E and Y chairman Rajiv Memani and corporate advocate Cyril Shroff are the members of the jury which selected Andhra Pradesh for the award.
