Emphasising sustainable economic development, Naidu called upon States to focus on strengthening infrastructure, ensuring policy stability, and expediting approvals and clearances rather than engaging in unsustainable incentive-based competition for attracting investments.
Naidu reiterated his government’s commitment to ensuring that every family gets access to seven basic necessities - housing, sanitation, tap water, clean cooking fuel, electricity, digital connectivity, and direct benefit transfer - as part of its inclusive development agenda.
The Chief Minister also highlighted the innovative P4-MBK 10-20 initiative, which encourages the top 10 per cent of society to support the bottom 20 per cent through philanthropy, mentorship, and community participation, thereby fostering inclusive and equitable growth.
In the healthcare sector, Andhra Pradesh is implementing Project Sanjeevani, a digitally connected healthcare ecosystem focused on preventive healthcare, integrated digital health records, and improved access to quality medical services across the State.
Highlighting the importance of preparing the workforce for the future, Naidu said Andhra Pradesh is undertaking major education reforms through AI-enabled learning, industry-integrated higher education, flexible lifelong learning pathways, and advanced skilling programmes in emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Technologies.
Drawing attention to Andhra Pradesh’s fertility rate of below 1.5, the Chief Minister called for greater national focus on demographic sustainability. He outlined the State’s Population Management Policy aimed at addressing future workforce shortages, ageing-related challenges, and long-term economic sustainability.
Naidu said the State would continue to work closely with the Government of India and NITI Aayog in achieving the shared vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and ensuring inclusive growth and prosperity for all citizens.
