VIJAYAWADA: Revenue Minister Anagani Satya Prasad launched a scathing attack on YSRCP president and former chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday, labelling him the ultimate beneficiary behind the gruesome murder of his own uncle, YS Vivekananda Reddy.
Addressing the media at the TDP Central Office in Mangalagiri on Tuesday, the Minister called out the YSRCP’s brazen hypocrisy, comparing their defensive and aggressive tactics to a thief scolding a cop. Satya Prasad expressed shock over the recent trend of deploying rowdy sheeters to attack teachers and mistreat women.
He also criticised the opposition’s sheer desperation, pointing out how they forced an ailing Kakumanu Rajasekhar into a protest, denied him timely medical care, and are now shamelessly playing corpse politics over his tragic death. Taking a deep dive into the Viveka murder saga, the Minister reminded the public of the initial, desperate attempts to wash away the bloodstains and float a fabricated heart attack theory.
He recalled how Jagan tried to pin the blame on Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu back then, utilising the exact same diversionary politics we’re witnessing today.
