"Victims are getting help from everywhere irrespective of region, language, caste or creed. People of Rangareddy district in Andhra had come with food grains, clothes and utensils to Nadugadde Malkapur, one of the worst affected villages of the district," says Deputy Commissioner Adoni Syed Saleem.
