ALAPPUZHA: Ramankari Judicial First Class Magistrate Subitha Chirakkal on Monday sought some explanations from the Special Investigation Team probing the sensational Paul M George murder case, in connection with the chargesheet submitted last week. The magistrate sought the explanations while verifying the chargesheet .
These related to the FIR on the bike accident that took place when Paul’s Endeavour knocked down two-wheeler rider Biju, the third witness in the case, and those relating to the statements of Manu, the second witness.
Assistant Public Prosecutor Manoj K John said the prosecution could clear the court’s doubts.
