KOCHI: The BSNL Kerala has launched ‘BSNL Live,’ a WAP Portal which offers GSM and GPRS subscribers one- stop shop for all information, entertainment, and communication- related requirements and help in accessing on-demand video clips of contents related to Bollywood, astrology, recipes, cookery, entertainment, cricket, comics, animation, movies and movie trailers, music, multimedia games, wallpapers, different tones, tunes, and much more.

As a special offer, the BSNL Live contents can be downloaded free up to June, 20, 2010. GPRS / data charges will be applicable. At present, the facility will be available to all post-paid customers, new 3G pre-paid customers, and mobile numbers in 9446, 9495, 9496 levels.
As a part of offering special promotional freebies with all new connections activated from May 15, every new 2G pre-paid connections activated using any FRCs during the offer period will get 50 MB free data usage and 3,000 free local SMS (any network), and new 3G connections will get 100 minutes of free video call, 200 MB free data usage and Free 100 local SMS/day (any network) for initial 30 days. The BSNL Kerala launched two new ‘first recharge coupons’ (FRC) for activation of new SIM cards namely FRC-42 (Saral anant-1 paise per sec) and FRC-48 (Saral Aanant All @ 49).
