CHIRAYINKEEZHU: The body of a woman was found on the railway track near Chirayinkeezhu railway station on Sunday afternoon. The deceased was identified as Liji, 27, wife of Sony of Thaivilakom veedu near Vaiyaveli. The incident is suspected to be a case of suicide. According to police, the woman  was  hit by a train from Thiruvananthapuram  heading towards Kollam. Police also recovered a suicide note from the spot.

Chirayinkezhu police have registered a case in connection with the case. The body has been kept at Chirayinkeezhu Taluk Hospital.
