KOZHIKODE: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Mullappally Ramachandran has said that only small fries had been caught in T P Chandrasekharan murder case so far. He also reminded that efforts should  be made to catch the bigger sharks.

Addressing the meeting as part of the fast observed by KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala at Vadakara on Thursday, Mullappally reiterated that CPM was behind the brutal murder. “It was on the basis of information availed from the Ministry of Home and other agencies that I said that the CPM was behind the murder just a few hours after the incident,” he added.

He added that the local people came to the same conclusion owing to their prior experiences. “The party and its workers have been attacking RMP leaders for quite some time.
