Entries invited for Atlas Film Critics Awards

Entries have been invited for the 36th Atlas Film Critics Awards instituted by the Kerala Film Critics Association (KFCA).

According to a press release issued here by KFCA president Thekkinkad Joseph, the awards will be given for the best feature film, film book and published article on cinema.

Films screened during January 1 to December 31, 2012, and censored before December 31 will be considered for the award. The books should also be published during the same period. Cash awards will be given for a total of 20 categories.

A cash award of `1 lakh will be given to the best film and `25,000 each will be given to the second best film, best director, best actor and best actress.
