Saritha's bail plea: Government view sought

The High Court has sought the view of the state government on the bail plea of Saritha S Nair, main accused in solar panel cheating cases registered at Ernakulam North police station.

Saritha moved the court seeking bail on complaints registered by G Hrikrishnan and P K Subrahmanian, who argued that she had cheated them. In the complaint, Hrikrishnan stated that Saritha had cheated him of Rs 23.50 lakh for installation of solar plants, while Subrahmanian alleged that she cheated him of Rs 17.50 lakh promising to provide windmill machines.
