The online sex racket case which involved leaders of the Kiss of Love (KoL) protest takes a new turn as one of the accused Rashmi R Nair has said that it was her husband Rahul Pashupalan, another accused in the case, who forced her into sex trade.

According to several reports publised in media houses in Kerala, Rashmi told police that Rahul published her nude photos on the internet thereby negotiating a deal with many high-profile people in the society. It is also said that Rahul's parents were suspicious about the various activities of him and Rashmi.

Police also found that the Facebook page, through which the obscene pictures of minor girls were published, was an account that was created by Rahul in Rashmi's name.

They were earlier arrested along with 10 others, on charges of running an online sex racket using minor girls.

Rahul and Rashmi rose to fame after organising Kiss of Love protests in Kerala against the rising incidents of moral policing.
