ALAPPUZHA: Ad film and documentary director Mathew Paul Kunnapally, 60, of Muhamma, died at a hospital at Vellore on Wednesday. He was undergoing treatment for cancer for quite some time. He has made over 300 ad films. Ad films produced for the Popy Umbrellas had shot him to fame. He is survived by wife Sheela Mathew, son Paul Mathew and daughter Meera Mathew (UK).
The funeral will be held at the cemetery of St George Church, Muhamma here at 3 pm on Thursday.
