ALUVA (KERALA): Malayalam actor Dileep whose previous three bail applications were turned down, submitted his fourth bail plea on Thursday at a trial court here.

The Angamaly Magistrate court posted the plea to be heard on Saturday.

Following his arrest on July 10 for his involvement in the conspiracy that led to the abduction and molestation of a Malayalam actress in February, Dileep has been lodged in the Aluva sub-jail.

On July 15, the same court which will consider his fresh bail plea, turned down his bail for the first time and since then the Kerala high court too turned it down on two occasions.

Police had arrested the prime accused Pulsar Suni and his accomplices a week after the incident. However, a conspiracy angle cropped up much later that led to Dileep's arrest.
