BHUBANESWAR: Justice Prasanna Kumar Patra, a retired judge of the Orissa High Court has taken oath as the Lokpal of the State. Governor Murlidhar Chandrakant Bhandare administered the oath of justice to Patra in the Raj Bhavan today.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Higher Education Minister Sameer Dey, School and Mass Education Minister Sanjeeb Kumar Sahoo, State Planning Board Deputy Chairman Bed Prakash Agrawal, State Election Commissioner Sanjib Chandra Hota, Chief Secretary Ajit Kumar Tripathy and senior officials were present.
