BHUBANESWAR: The hearing in judo coach Biranchi Das murder continued in the fast track today.

Album artist Leslie Tripathy who had appeared as a prosecution witness on Tuesday and recorded her statement was cross examined by the defence.

She told the court that she had no knowledge who had sent across the laptop and a mobile phone until she was told later that it was Raja Acharya, prime accused in the murder. She wanted to return the same to Raja but after the murder, the items were used as evidence.

Tripathy said, she and her friends had lodged three complaints with police over the threats issued by the gangster. Yesterday, she told the court that Raja had threatened to kill Biranchi and others who came in his way.
