MLA takes exam

Students appearing for Matriculation exam at RDD High School found an unusual examinee amongst them on Monday. Along with them Bonai MLA Bhimsen Choudhary wrote his MIL exam. Sundargarh Education Officer Hrushikesh Kandi said the MLA is writing the examination as a correspondence course student at the RDD High School.

 The 49-year-old controversial MLA who was suspended from the BJP for abstaining from the Rajya Sabha election in 2010 said he was satisfied with his performance on the first day and hoped for good marks.

Meanwhile, 12 students were booked for malpractice in Bonai on Monday. The 12 belonged to RDD High School, Bonai Girls School, Bonai Boys School, Gurundia School and Khuntgaon School.
