The Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar (IIT-BBS) organised a social campaign ‘Prayatna’ as a part of its annual socio-cultural fest Alma Fiesta recently.
During the campaign, the students of the institute visited different schools to propagate eco-friendly ideas and encourage the school students to ‘go green’. An essay competition on innovative green ideas was organised and winners will get an opportunity to express their ideas at IIT fest on January 10, 2014.
