SAMBALPUR : Reacting to the Railway Budget 2014-15 presented in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, former MP and president of All India University Employees’ Confederation (AIUEC) Bhabani Hota said this was the most hopeless and frustrating budget as far Odisha was concerned as the demand made by the State Government has been ignored.
Hota said people of the region have been demanding direct train to Delhi and Allahabad but their hope has been belied and demand for a new rail line from Bargarh to Nuapada has also been ignored.
