Auto Quiz Contest at ITER Concludes

BHUBANESWAR: The Mahindra Auto Quiz Contest held at Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER) of SOA University ended here on Tuesday.

The first prize was won by a team comprising Nishant Nihar of National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela and Sampad Mishra, an executive of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL).

Both the second and third prizes were bagged by teams of KIIT University. While Vineet Ganatra and Avinab Dhar’s team won the second prize, Anirban Ghosh and Saptarshi Dash ended third.

Six teams from College of Engineering and Technology (CET), KIIT University, SOA University and NIT, Rourkela had qualified for the finals. Quiz master Clayton Fernandes conducted the event. Questions regarding automobiles featured at the contest organised by Mahindra and Mahindra automobile company.

PK Sahoo, Dean of Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER) awarded the prizes to the winners in presence of Associate Dean of ITER, RK Hota.
