Congress Demands CBI investigation

PUDUCHERRY: Puducherry Pradesh Congress Committee president A V Subramanian on Thursday demanded a CBI probe into the charges levelled by former L-G Virendra Kataria. Subramanian said the charges levelled by Kataria against the government were serious in nature and the people had a right to know the stance of the government on the allegations. The charges of Kataria could not be ignored, he added. Meanwhile, the Congress is going is going to send a complaint to the Ministry of Home Affairs, under which the territorial administration functions.
